Terms of Use

These terms apply to the NipponWalk iPhone app and website, provided by Chu Ventures. By using NipponWalk you agree to them. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to the app.

Not medical advice

NipponWalk is a walking timer and coach. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise routine, especially if you have a health condition. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Calorie and pace figures are estimates.

Walk safely

Stay aware of traffic and your surroundings. Keep your music at a volume that lets you hear what's around you.

Subscriptions

• NipponWalk Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, its features and these terms. Continuing to use NipponWalk after a change means you accept the updated terms.
